Is the flooring made in China like the drywall case was a few years ago?

I think the initial report was regarding their China-made flooring products. This article didn’t make me feel any better.

Construction material manufacturers are scary writes, especially when the materials are originally manufactured overseas.

As long as our country continues to import cheap materials, food, pet food, toys (think about the current problem with all hoverboards now declared unsafe due to the fire hazard)which all have been problematic, we will continue to see a rise of actual and potential illness and deaths. Unfortunately we have created a society addicted to cheap products and we are reaping what we sowed.

What got me was, “toxic to animals, including humans.” Who writes this?

Seriously, though, what determines the toxicity, though? Is it manufactured at an LL plant and toxic to employees based on the plant’s size, or do they have to determine whether a particular product is safe to sell based on the client’s home’s size?
