Perhaps if the coal companies hadn’t been FORCED into bankruptcy, with their otherwise lame and economically unviable crony capitalist competitors propped up by OBAMUNISM with our tax dollars,(remember SOLYNDRA?) they would have the resources to “do the reclamation they signed up for”. If this isn’t a case of beating your wife and then blaming her for bleeding on the table cloth, I don’t know what is.
