Thank you Obamacare for ruining healthcare for all Americans. People are being treated like cattle now and the new crop of doctors are mainly foreigners who barely speak English. The good American doctors have sold out and many stopped practicing because of Obamacare, regulations, paperwork etc.
You can word parse all you want, but Obamacare passed in 2010 is the driving force with the deterioration of healthcare in this country. It has driven many a good doctor into early retirement, closing their practice and the replacements are not good and choices are just not there for consumers. What a nightmare!
What word parsing? All I said was the study referenced in this article deals with pre-Obamacare data. I agree Obamacare is a major failure, but Obamacare has nothing to do with these findings.

FYI – this study covered 2000-2008 which was 2 years before Obamacare became law. The results of this study cannot be blamed on Obamacare.
