    It certainly works better than the disastrous Obamacare in the Healthcare Industry. Pays better to providers as well.

    False equivalence, Deplorables. Structure, risk pool and provider pool are significantly different. Don’t disagree entirely that the ACA could have been better, although hardly “disastrous.” If health care insurance reform had been allowed to be developed as a true “all in” system, and eliminated or controlled profit motives, it would have worked far better. Work comp is closer to “all in” in that it is largely mandatory (“all in”), and for the most part, the insurance piece is not-for-profit.

      PK, You are one of the “very” few that think Obamacare was not disastrous. You really should learn to keep your eyes open. This so called law is imploding right in front of you and you can’t see it. On the other hand, Workers Compensation benefits for the most part do fairly well if a state has a good law on the books and carriers investigate and prosecute fraud on those who try to game the system.
