      ….which is easily breakable with a can of refrigerant applied. That’s why they fell out of use. Best to install a hidden toggle switch somewhere in the vehicle that cuts off the fuel. Real good setups also include a brake lock.

    It would have been nice if car makers had used basic public/private key encryption to prevent this.

    Way to present a problem, but not provide a solution. How is an individual supposed to counteract this technology? Is it just a matter of not leaving the fob in the car?
