The last few paragraphs of this article is very revealing of the problem that is created by Dems who want to resist the Will of The People. They will set out a series of laws in Dem run states that force national companies to spend much more money on individual state compliance costs.

If anything was to be learned by the Dems by the clear results of this election, and several prior elections, that yielded Republican / Conservative control of most state legislatures and governor positions, they have yet failed to learn it.

Democrat resistance of the Will of The People will be fleeting and futile.

Since you are all for the “will of the people” you support making Clinton president, since she received millions and millions of votes more than Trump, and you support raising the minimum wage by a lot since it is overwhelmingly supported through polls…right?

Raising min wage is only FALSELY supported by biased polls of min wage workers and UNION workers who labor rates are tied to the minimum wage.

CONSUMERS WILL NOT SUPPORT a hike in the minimum wage because it will raise the cost of goods and services. Their demand will decrease, thus lowering prices to yield market equilibrium, thus resulting in layoffs of min wage workers.

So, go take a long hike… on a short pier.

Yogi – you don’t read the articles when you post a link, do you?

“Over the course of his eight years, he has signed just 1,227 bills into law — less, even, than one-term Presidents Carter and George H.W. Bush. Digging deeper into the numbers, Congress spent less time in session, handled less business on the chamber floors and generally sputtered for much of Mr. Obama’s tenure,”

“You have to look at Congress. They didn’t give him anything, essentially,” Mr. Huder said. “Most of this lays on Congress for those four years it was divided between Republicans and Democrats.”

“the 111th Congress was still far from active by standards of the post-World War II era. The 383 bills signed into law made it the sixth least productive Congress on record”

“The 2010 elections put Republicans in control of the House but left Democrats with a majority in the Senate, sending legislative activity into a tailspin for the next four years.
The 112th and 113th congresses were the worst on record”

“Even in 2015, when Republicans gained control of the Senate and kept control of the House, things were still stagnant, notching the third-worst Congress in The Times’ Index.”\

I’m not confusing anything. You said Obama was the worst POTUS ever and linked to an article which didn’t come to that conclusion – the article placed the majority of blame with the House & Senate.

Government worker labor unions’ wages ARE OFTEN tied to the minimum wage per their collective bargaining agreements with the local governments they serve.

FFA, let’s see, how many blue states went red in the election? Good, high paying jobs is what this country needs and President Elect Trump is committed to putting people back to work, increasing the GDP to at least 4% growth rate. That will cure a lot of what is wrong with this country economically. The Obama legacy of failure will disappear quickly. Newt Gingrich put it best. He said you won’t be able to find the legacy under a microscope a year from now.

By the way, looks like Jordy Nelson has been scratched by the Pack for the game Sunday. Rogers will have his work cut out for him to pull that game out.

Cobb & Adams are very reliable receivers – not as good as Nelson but very reliable. Dallas must keep Rodgers off the field. If he is not on the field, he cant complete passes. Ezekiel should be able to grind and grind and grind.

FFA, Ezekiel is a good grinder as the leading rusher in the NFL this year. He is also a lot faster than the opponents think. Give him a crack and he is gone. Nelson’s absence is going to hurt the pack because he is more or less the home run hitter for them. The replacements are pretty good, but they can be defended whereas Nelson just had a knack to get open and catch big passes.

            True in YOUR MIND.

Job COUNTS were artificially increased by the ACA 29 hour rule for employer exemptions. That left some people without jobs and others scrambling around for a SECOND job to replace about 11 hours of lost wages.

A-hole liar libitteral news media members schemed to do that to make it look like Obama had US job growth when published DoL stats lie about the labor force participation through use of U3 stats versus U6 stats.

Hey, Yogi, look at reality. Actu was right, your links are idiotic, and don’t show what you say they do. The percentage of people with multiple jobs decreased under Obama after Obamacare was signed into law.

            site – data.bls.gov/timeseries/LNS12026620

The total number of people with multiple jobs actually decreased under Obama, although it was pretty much a break-even in aggregate numbers.

Most Republicans understand business and many have worked in business or owned them. Democrats seem to have no clue what it takes to operate a business, enjoy spending other people’s money, and don’t get over spending.
Doubling the exempt salary amount is too extreme. Sure, it needs to be increased from $23,000, but doubling is going to hurt many small businesses and cause prices to rise.
This is also another divisive issue brought on by democrats. Obama’s leadership will be remembered as dividing our nation; that will be his legacy.

Jack, we now have a leader who is a “businessman” and understands business. He knows how oppressive government can be because he had to deal with them. After he drains the swamp and many oppressive regulations are dismissed, business will see a resurgence, hiring will start up, growth will happen. Business has been oppressed for 8 long years. 7 more days until emancipation from Progressive rule.

Yes, exactly like Bush. Look forward to the 7%+ unemployment and millions of uninsured spending millions more on health care dragging down the economy, not to mention climate change, more corporate crime abusing consumers, cuts to education, and trying to eliminate Medicare and Social Security.

Well Agent, that was some excellent Football yesterday. I cant remember back to back games decided in the last 2 mins. That grab Cook made…. Wow!.
That last drive by the Chiefs just to have the conversion taken away by a tight penalty.

Next weeks match ups will not disappoint either.

FFA, we were talking last week that the Cowboys needed to get to Rodgers to keep him under control. They weren’t aggressive enough at the start and dug a hole for themselves. Dak, Dez and Ezekiel brought them back and finally tied it, but they couldn’t get the ball back so our kicker could win the game. The whole game was decided with one play. KC also played a good game although they couldn’t stop the Steelers running game well enough. Would like to have seen what overtime would bring.

I just dont understand how Dallas give Rogers the time they did on that last pass. That receiver did an outstanding job of staying in.

Wasn’t it Hillary who said “let’s press the re-set button with Russia”? And, didn’t she actually HAND him a red button to symbolize that or am I making that up? Didn’t Obama say directly to Putin “After the election I will have more flexibility”?. Go ahead. Google it. I will give you some time for your rebuttal.

Destroying NATO is terrible for both the US and Europe, it is great for Russia. Idiots like you are destroying the world and you at barely able to read and write.

      Less than 48 hours.

IF more POTUS pardons are to occur, and be valid, they must be made before 36 hours of the end of term. That means all the corrupt criminals who are waiting for pardons have until midnight tonight for Obama to issue them.

Tick, tock. Tick, tock. Less than 12 hours left on the PARDON CLOCK.

Trump did not win because it was the will of the people. You can apply all the veneer and varnish to Trump to make it so, but veneers and varnish only cover up the ugly truth that he was not elected because of the will of people.

Speaking of veneers and varnish, Trump will need to completely re-finish the Resolute Desk because Obama has had his feet up on it and scratched it up. By the way, the night before the inauguration, a Locksmith was seen changing the locks on the doors. Smart move for Trump along with doing the wand for bugs in the office.
