It’s been such a success for 20 million Americans that all Democrats are crying their crocodile tears about the Trump administration’s attempts to dismantle the ACA, yet insurer after insurer withdraws as prices soar – is there really a marketplace left???

20 MILLION NEW insureds is a LIE.

12M were dropped from Medicaid and put on ACA.

7M were forced to drop their in-force private insurance policies, which were deemed non-compliant with ACA, and forced to buy an ACA policy.

1M were new policies / coverage. But a good portion of them received highly subsidized or free policies.

the Death Spiral was built into the scheme by Dems seeking a Single Payer system – by causing the ACA to fail to achieve that end.

Polar, the full exit is on the way. In March, they can then make plans to offer coverage to all Americans applying as they drop their disastrous current plans. That is a good thing, by the way.

A long ago critic of Hillarycare in 1993 is now saying the Republican plan will come together in late March or early April.

I hear that drug costs will be a main target for cost savings, as well as essential coverages instead of the ACA mandated coverages.

Polar, perhaps the newly designed app will have boxes to check on whether birth control, abortions and other coverages are desired or to be rejected. If coverage is rejected, the premium should be lower, right? A free country should be able to make choices, not mandated to take everything they don’t want. That is the Progressive way and how did that turn out?

            Agent;

A Progressive is a person who believes OTHER people should be free to choose, as long as they choose the one option chosen for them by Elite Progressives.

Hence, Obamacare mandated lots of extra stuff being covered for an ACA compliant policy, and those opposed to it used “You Can’t Always Get What You Want” as a theme song.

Why concern ourselves with ACA. Trump repeatedly promised that it would be repealled and IMMEDIATELY replaced with a new program providing EVERYONE with much better coverage at much less cost.

INSURANCE JOURNAL would do us a favor by explaining the details of Trumpcare, since previously the private insurance sector was too dumb to figure it out.

Expect delays because of late entry of idea from wonks and geeks.

Would you rather have the architects rush out a plan that would be similar to ACA? That wouldn’t address underlying costs? That wouldn’t open competition up across state lines? That wouldn’t involve tort reform for med mal? That…. well, I think you get the idea why all the competing plans being considered have to be combined carefully to avoid EmmanuelGruberJarrettPelosiReidCare.

I will give President Trump credit, he has effectively eliminated any culpability for him or his administration. Now we only have either:
        1. Positive news for President Trump and his administration; or
        2. Fake news.

Don’t lie, Comrade Yogi. Immediate means what everyone knows it to mean. And in i45’s case, he clarified it, saying on day 1:

“On the first day of presidency, on my very first day I plan to repeal Obamacare so hard that it’ll make his ancestors in Africa shiver with awe. I mean, I am going to take that piece of legislation and wipe my a** with it. That’s how much I dislike Obamacare and what I think about it. By the way, that’s also how I feel about Ted Cruz, but that’s not the point right now,” Trump said jokingly, causing Stephanopoulos to laugh.

“Seriously though,” the billionaire businessman continued, “that’s what I plan on doing. And then first thing in the morning on day two, I’m going to replace it with a much better service that’s genuinely going to take care of every poor person in the United States. I’m talking daily food rations, clean clothes, a place to spend the night, possibly new jobs, it’s all going to be awesome, it’s going to be utopia. I’m going to make it so good that people are going to want to become homeless just to qualify for Trumpcare. And by the way, that’s what I’m going to call it. A huge, flashy neon sign is going to be placed above the entrance to every Trumpcare facility across the country. I want people to know who made it possible for them to have a better life.”

Here’s a theory, which seems to hold water, that I’ve read elsewhere…

Mid term elections are held in 50 states, every TWO YEARS, whereas the EC system applies in POTUS ELECTIONS every 4 years.

Each state in a mid-term election is a ‘battle ground state’ for Congressional seats, and this is SLIGHTLY more true for HoR seats than Senate seats.

Only a handful of states are battle ground states in a POTUS election determined by the Electoral College System (NOT the popular vote!).

Libs can organize voter fraud or voter turnout efforts in a small number of battle ground states more easily than they can organize such fraud or voter turnout assistance in 50 states.

Hence, it apparent why Obama won his 2nd term in office, … beyond Romney’s weaknesses and lies to cover up the Benghazi, Libya murder of 4 Americans while Obama and Clinton stood still.

Nice theory. It has some points that need to be supported, but it certainly holds water.

When only essential coverages are included, high cost risks are effectively and efficiently ‘pooled’ – as they were before ACA, and other cost control measures (which I won’t reveal now) are implemented, that will be the sought result of ACA R&R.

Libitterals have much to learn from professionals, rather than be misled by the lies of amateurs and crooks like Obama, Jarrett, Gruber, Emmanuel, Pelosi, Reid, and Joe “This is a big %&#$% deal” Biden.

And repeal it they will. Perhaps not at the speed that the President wants since there are still politicians who are in office who aren’t used to doing things promptly. Ryan and McConnell are starting to see the light now and I believe they know they have to do the right thing for America. Perhaps March or April followed closely by tax reform. Then, the money parked offshore will be repatriated so we can create even more investment, jobs in America.

I see the repeal as being a slow motion deconstruction.

First, the ACA policies will NOT be cancelled. They will be allowed to expire over 1-2 years, perhaps with one renewal.

Second, people who had valid, preferred policies before ACA, but who had to replace them because their policies weren’t ACA compliant, will get back their original, free market policy, with whatever coverage choices they prefer(red).

Third, states will implement several laws to fix problems not fixed by ACA. Blue states will try to resist, but the Red states actions will force Blue states to follow the leader.

Fourth – Nth steps: I’m unsure of how many things will happen before Congress sets the last phases of the ACA R&R plan in motion.

So much for Libitterals criticism that he didn’t repeal it on Day One. It is not a repeal, but the impact is reduced drastically by the EO.

The in-force policies will be allowed to expire and be renewed ONCE, for continuity of coverage while better, private market policy solutions are introduced, along with tort reform on med mal, and some stuff I can’t yet reveal.

You questioned the source as only being “news” reported by ONE source.

Word games are played by people on the losing side of a debate.

I would say the same thing about a story reported only by liberal “news” sites.

            What word games?

I try to honestly have a fair debate with you, but you have no interest.

Polar, didn’t we have our Embassy blown up in Kenya from Islamic Extremists some years ago or am I “confused”?

Psst; it’s an exclusive story…. which will soon be taken up by other news outlets if it is reported in the Congressional records.

As I stated, “If true, this is unacceptable from President Obama and his administration.”

Therefore, if you are right, then I stand by my statement of condemnation against President Obama and his administration regarding this issue.

          Fair enough?

It’s funny Ron, but I don’t remember you criticizing Hilliary & Obama for selling $250 million in arms to the Muslim Brotherhood back in the day. Good thing they didn’t stay in power long or they would have ended up being another Syria.

            Agent,

How can I criticize something that never happened? Care to cite your source or at least tell me when this happened so I may do some research?

FYI: I tried googling it and found nothing.

Fast & Furious. Obama & Holder are ultimately liable for the deaths of border agents.

’nuff said. But, I just can’t stop with that…

Nuke material to Iran via Corrupt Clinton Crime Family Foundation via Russia.

Nuke Green Light to Iranian Govt (“Death To America” chanters) by Obama & Kerry’s ‘The Art of the Bad Deal’.

Pardons and Commutations of > THOUSAND dangerous criminals who used GUNS (ooooh, those bad things!) by Obama.

Catch & Release of ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS with FELONY CHARGES.

Release of Muslim Terrorists in Gitmo, many of which returned to jihad in the ME battle fields to kill more American military personnel and local CIVILIANS.

I could add a few more, which you may not understand… so I’ll just stop here.

This is your brain on Alex Jones, any questions?

I have one for you, now that President Obama has successfully completed all 8 years of his 2 term Presidency, did he have to give control of the tiny helicopters and airplanes that move the weather around the US? Will all of the school shootings to take place future forward also be false flags? Lies, lies, Liza Minelli.

That reminds me; here’s one from Simon & Garfunkel from the early 60’s:

            Lie, lie, lie.
La-la-lie lie lie la lie lie.

In the clearing stands a Barbara Boxer, a liberal by her trade.
And she carries the reminders of every aspect of ACA that failed the Dems and contributed to their precipitous fall out of power – into political obscurity.
I am retiring. I am retiring. But the Liar in her will forever remain…

Polar, as long as you mentioned the great Simon & Garfunkel, it reminded me of one of their hits that apply to today’s world and is especially appropriate to all the snow flake sore losers among us.

    Bridge Over Troubled Water

    When you’re, feeling small
When tears are in your eyes, I will dry them all
I’m on your side, oh, when times get rough
And friends just can’t be found
Like a bridge over troubled water
    I will lay me down
Like a bridge over troubled water
    I will lay me down

    When you’re down and out
    When you’re on the street
    When evening falls so hard
    I will comfort you
I’ll take your part, oh when darkness comes
    And pain is all around
Like a bridge over troubled waters
    I will lay me down
Like a bridge over troubled waters
    I will lay me down

Trump is the bridge over the troubled waters of this country. It is all going to be all right Progressives. He is just what the country needed after 8 years of the former POTUS.
