You almost know before you click on an article that the Media is going to find a source that will attack the Trump plan in some way. Also they will only look at one side of it, they will not look at long term sustainability or solvency of a program. In addition, they are trying to change the culture into believing that those who can’t afford healthcare are owed healthcare rather than point out that it’s the generosity of successful people to make this happen. Hence, with the natural law, nobody is owed anything. However this doesn’t mean we don’t have to be compassionate, but those providing the compassion need to be properly credited rather than attacked. Also they don’t have unlimited funds to give because if this is the prevailing culture, then people will want to be on the receiving side, not the giving side and this does not work, not sustainable nor remotely possible. With such culture, our society will be doomed in due time.

Tort reform is only one way to reduce the costs of Healthcare. Getting rid of the mandates is necessary. Give people freedom of choice and let them pick the plan they want, not what government wants them to have.
