This is a tough case. Titleist has worked hard for many years to build a reputation. It would be one thing to do this “parody” with a social media posting, but the jokers are making money based off the hard work of someone else.

Although they’re making money off the innuendo, that’s not illegal.

Do you believe most people would buy one of these items and think “wow, I can’t believe Titleist let these designs slip through to Production”? I find it more reasonable that someone would look at it, realize it’s a female body part, and then laugh.

“I made Bogey” made a “Snowman” doing this and I hope Acushnet takes them to the cleaners. They are just cry baby sore losers in the game of life and part of the “Resistance”. I realize some of the posters have no idea what a snowman is, but it is a very bad score.

Could you please dumb down your comment for folks like me? I have no idea what you are trying to say here — except for the definition of a snowman, which I get.

No you don’t Rosenblatt. I am sure you will have several word parsing posts though. Now, you and others can downvote me again. I can’t make it any simpler for you.

“the jokers are making money based off the hard work of someone else.”

That’s what this country is all about these days. Why work hard when you can just take from someone else?

Yeah, but that mentality is not new these days — let’s not forget this country was literally built off of slave labor.

Jameson got it, but you didn’t. Way to go on your slave labor post. This country was built by the sweat and ingenuity of entrepreneurs who built businesses and invented products Americans wanted and needed. Are you really saying that Acushnet was using slave labor to make golf balls and therefore deserve to have their trademark infringed? Nothing is sacred when it comes to Progressives who want to tear down anything successful.

Rosenblatt, the famous warden in the film “Cool Hand Luke” said, “what we have here is a failure to communicate”. You fail to understand anything going on and then you make an obvious Progressive reference to this country being built on “slave labor to demean Capitalism. Guess what, Progressive Socialism hasn’t worked anywhere it has been tried in history. Bringing successful businesses and people down does not make a country successful. That is why I hope meaningful tax reform for everyone will re-energize the economy and save the country from the clutches of Progressive Democrats. I am also glad Titleist Golf Balls are made in America instead of being farmed out to Mexico or China. Once again, I hope Acushnet takes them to the cleaners.

I agree 100% Agent – what we have IS a failure to communicate. You’re absolutely right.

Instead of not comprehending a post and posting knee-jerk reactions by bringing up the same off-topic talking points you make dozens of times each day, I respond based on the actual content of the post.

I keep trying to understand your posts before responding (for example: see above when I asked you to restate your post so I could understand ***but you refused***) but you keep harping on the same catchphrases and responding to things I didn’t actually say.

It’s no surprise we have a failure to communicate.

One of us is trying really hard to do so while the other one apparently has no interest in doing that at all.

Rosenblatt, you should have been raised in the south where people have Common Sense and know Right from Wrong. Clearly, the northern raised people have neither.

Off topic? Are you not the one who said this country was built on slave labor? That sounds like it is straight out of Saul Alinsky. Is he your rallying cry? No wonder Progressives have been losing so much lately. On the other hand, Conservatives have been winning.

I love that you believe you are winning. Keep that winning up! 6 months, nothing to show for it except a bunch of his administration in recuse, lawyered up, or resigned. I am certainly not getting tired of this kind of winning. Odd definition of that word, I might add.

I don’t eat fast food, Agent. I just think it’s funny you feel a need to rip Chipotle all the time when the industry at large has issues, as I have pointed out time and time again. But, because Millennials eat there or because of their organic menu, you don’t like them. Do you think Chipotle is a liberal restaurant or something? Is it because Hillary ate there? I know plenty of Republicans who have ate there/eat there. What’s your obsession?

Congratulations to Jordan Spieth, Champion Golfer of the Year for winning the British Open. By the way, he uses Titleist Golf balls, Titleist driver and irons and they were not produced by slave labor.

Nice trolling. Since you are obviously not a golfer and follow golf, I thought I would answer your question before you asked it. Acushnet Titleist has been in business for quite a while and no one has ever accused them of being anything but first class.
