In North Carolina if a bill isn’t unconstitutional it’s at least required to enhance the redneck heritage.

I guess you just read the title and decided for yourself what the bills intend. Amiright?

Here’s a clue, in the article:

Bill supporters have rejected that claim and denounced the Charlottesville attack. They note that the wording of their bills would not protect drivers who deliberately target protesters, and any intentional attackers would still face criminal and civil liability.

They may not stop doing stupid things, but a healthy ticket when they get caught might make them think a lot before texting while walking. Texting while driving is bad enough, but doing it walking is beyond stupid.

It is not terror inciting outlets to tell people they should attempt to drive through the many violent liberal protestors.

There is a distinct difference between drive through to kill, as happened recently, and manage to drive and push your way through, without intended harm.

Your side however, has actually been encouraging terror.

Professors talking about how they didn’t talk to people, they broke bones of racists to change minds, professors engaging in ANTIFA attacks, and justifying them, the left trying to say that because one person drove a car through an audience, we shouldn’t condemn the clear violence from the left at the rally, and should instead blame the right, this emboldens the left into doing this more.

The fact that ANTIFA hasn’t killed anyone is a matter of luck by the by.

            https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PVlmfGfEWDc

You need to start watching moderates instead of insane leftists.

This man is certainly not a conservative, though I’m sure you will insult him and associate him with the extreme right just the same.

Which is the true problem here. The left is openly trying to call those on the right white supremacists, and are openly trying to say that the violence at those place are ok, because they are reacting to hate, and they are posting articles “is it ok to punch a Nazi” (google it)_look at my link with the reporter saying both sides were hate filled, then she retracted saying both were equally violent, which isn’t the same as hate filled (it isn’t? This is justifying violence, in no subtle terms) etc.

The left actually is inciting hatred, and you are clearly ignoring it due to your petty allegiances.

What do people of colour have to do with a bill that would exonerate a driver who while lawfully driving his/her car strikes a ‘protester’ that is illegally standing/marching and blocking a roadway, interstate, etc ?

Jax, actually your comment is stupid. Gee, wonder why that is? Yes, you put “protester” in quotation marks, because you don’t even accept that people who disagree with you can engage in legitimate protest and therefore it might not be bad to attack and kill them, although you would of course never explicitly state that because you know you wouldn’t be taken seriously any more by the few who still mistakenly do. The person brings up color because as you know, and have rationalized and defended, including here by questioning whether they are even “protesters,” Nazis and a White supremacist member of the “alt-right” killed a protester with his car during a hate rally.

The reason for this terrorist going to the rally, and supporting President Trump, is because he, and they as a whole, feel White people are losing their country to minorities and Jewish people. Hence their chants about Jews, blood and soil, the Motherland, etc.

OK folks you are driving down the road and get stuck in the traffic jam that a protest causes. Inconvenient yes, big problem no. Then the rage of the protesters turns to you and yours, what should one do sit there and wait to be drug from their car like the unfortunate truck driver during the Rodney King riots?

My honest opinion is that the incident in Virginia was premeditated murder and that person should pay a severe price, others though I am not so certain what they felt.

I firmly believe in the First Amendments right to protest but it needs to be peacefully protest and in my opinion when you are intentionally blocking roadways and attacking vehicles you are no longer peaceful but rather a mob.

I would estimate next to none. My girlfriend worked there at the time and noticed no drop in customers. Macy’s had a brief delay. Civil disobedience is valid protest. Disrupting the normal routines is people to bring awareness to a cause is generally fine.

Funny how as always the conservatives were against the protests causing inconveniences, but fine with the State murdering black people. They never bring up the cause only the negatives around the protests. Of course many here defended shooting that guy for disobeying the police.

It wasn’t the state that killed the guy. It was one dumb a#@ that pumped a clip full of bullets into a drug addict wielding a knife at innocent people and would not stop. The dumb a#@ that pulled the trigger got what he deserved – prosecuted for murder. He should have just put one in the shoulder that the crack head was swinging the knife with. Ill defend one shot. Past that – that was just murder caught on tape.

As far as the stores lost revenue – the news never reported on that aspect.

FFA, as always your ignorance tops itself. I wasn’t aware being a drug addict was a capital crime, but setting that aside, he wasn’t walking at anybody swinging a knife, he was walking away from them and refused their demands to stop and was murdered. The officer that shot him was on the scene under 30 seconds. If your shoot somebody as a police officer it is to kill them, that’s it. Shooting their shoulder can still kill them. They Ivor reason to shoot is to kill a person who is threatening a life. It’s surprising gun nuts know so little about guns, it’s a fantasy.

They actually did report in the sales, genius. So, again you are just talking out of your ass. They claimed they were down 25% because of them, but later stories showed that was in line with the rest of the city, largely due to people shopping online.

Finally, the police are the state. Got know essentially nothing about this, but are writing as an expert and stating outright ignorance as fact.
