Gerald Scriber and Nick Poulos, regional managers for Iroquois Group, of Winnsboro, La., announced the opening of Iroquois of Louisiana Inc. to member agents. Mike Reiter, Iroquois long-time managing partner, is responsible for the development of the state.
Iroquois Group is a unique distribution system geared toward supplying small to medium sized, rural, suburban and urban insurance agents with the markets they need in order to survive and grow.
Iroquois Group is over 25 years old with over 1,350 agencies in 34 states. Agencies that join with Iroquois retain their total independence. The group noted that the only way to provide markets for member agents is to give insurance carriers what they want and need as well, a profitable and cost-effective way to market. As such, Iroquois focuses on low loss ratio business and streamlining the administrative process.
Scriber and Poulos recognize that they must develop a group of member agents in the state that are attractive to insurance companies. Poulos said, “Our major focus is on North and Central Louisiana. We are seeking member agents located in these areas because we can provide these member agents with solid opportunities.”
Any prospective Member Agent can visit www.iroqse.com to learn more or contact Nick Poulos at (318) 547-4303.
