The Independent Insurance Agents of San Antonio will hold its membership luncheon on February 20 at the Old San Francisco Steakhouse. The featured speaker, Cheryl L. Koch of the Agency Management Resource Group, will present “Agency Practices: Sales & Production.”
Koch is an agency management consultant and educator, and a frequent speaker at industry meetings and events nationwide. She is the owner of Agency Management Resource Group, a training, education, and consulting firm located in Lincoln, Calif., serving various facets of the insurance and financial services industries. She also serves as a part-time faculty member at California State University, Sacramento instructing undergraduate insurance and risk management courses.
