MaximInsurance, based in League City, Texas, announced it will now service customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The company said it is one of the first agencies in the Houston area to respond to growing consumer interest in 24/7 insurance services.
With its complete range of comprehensive services, MaximInsurance is now able to service customers at their convenience—on the Internet or by telephone—anytime, day or night.
Internet-enabled customers are now able to service their accounts any time of the day, from anywhere they have Internet access. They can view their policy, make change requests and print out insurance forms, such as Automobile ID cards and Certificates of Insurance. Additionally, customers can now call MaximInsurance any time of the day to reach a representative who can provide the same policy information and insurance forms as the online service, as well as take claims information.
“Customers are starting to ask for 24/7 services and MaximInsurance is committed to staying on the cutting edge of technology and services,” said Ron Masters, president of MaximInsurance. “With 24/7 customer service we’re moving ahead of the curve and offering our customers value and convenience that they just can’t get any place else. Other industries are already there—you can order computers, service your cell phone and do so much more 24/7, why not manage your insurance 24/7 too?” Masters said.
