The Texas Department of Insurance announced it will hold a public hearing Nov. 6, 2003, to consider a staff initiated petition that concerns amendments to the Texas Automobile Rules and Rating Manual (Manual).
The insurance commissioner will hear comments on Docket No. 2576, which would add Section L. Rating Tier Classifications to Rule 74 of the Manual. (Reference No. A-1003-20-I).
The hearing will take place at 9:30 a.m. in Hearing Room 100, Hobby Building, 333 Guadalupe in Austin.
