The Texas Department of Insurance announced that it, along with other state agencies including the Secretary of State, State Board for Educator Certification, Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board and Texas Department of Housing & Community Affairs, will host in June a Business Opportunity Forum. Vendors and agencies across Texas are invited to participate.
The forum will take place June 17, 2004 from 8:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. at TDI offices at 333 Guadalupe in Austin. It will include:
· “Resources for Opportunities”—Panel Discussion
· “Keys to Preparing Successful Solicitation Packets”—Panel Discussion
· One-on-One Vendor Presentations
· Purchasing CEU Training
· Networking with Key Agency Staff
· On-Site Contracting Opportunities
Parking will be available in a state owned parking garage. A map and driving instruction will be forwarded upon registration.
