Ramsey, Krug, Farrell & Lensing Selects Enara Tech.

Little Rock, Ark.-based Ramsey, Krug, Farrell & Lensing announced it has selected Enara Technologies to deliver and implement the best total solution for a paperless full-service independent insurance agency.

The company said Enara’s proposal was selected to leverage the flexibility and easy adaptability of SAPERION, an all-in-one document management and workflow engine that enables customer-centric organizations to rapidly reengineer the paper out of all customer interactive processes.

The Enara solution will provide “one touch” customer document access and automatic handling rules integrated with RKFL’s other insurance software applications, email, and fax. The single enterprise repository for all customer communications will also meet the most stringent compliance requirements.

Bonnie Miller, chief information officer for RKFL said, “We took our time looking for the best partner for our paperless agency initiative. Most vendors offered us a menu of non-integrated functional components. Though we were quite specific with our requirements for a single vendor solution as well as tight integration with Lotus Notes, we were never quite sure whether the other vendors could actually deliver what they claimed within their proposed assembly. We also needed a solution that would allow better collaboration with our insurance companies.”
