21st Century Holding Company announced that its subsidiary, American Vehicle Insurance Company, received approval from the Texas Department of Insurance to begin writing General Liability coverage for more than 300 classifications of business, plus “special events” coverage.
The company plans to market its products through a select group of wholesale insurance brokers located strategically throughout the State of Texas.
Richard Widdicombe, CEO, and Irwin “Buck” Giesecke, president of American Vehicle Insurance Company, said, “We are excited about the ability to expand our product lines into the Great State of Texas.”
Among a number of offerings, the company has underwriting authority and processes claims for third party insurance companies. In addition to insurance services, the company offers premium finance services to its insureds as well as insureds of certain third party insurance companies.
