The Dallas/Fort Worth office of Farmington Hills, Mich.-based national specialty insurance wholesaler, underwriter and managing general agent Burns & Wilcox announced the appointment of four new underwriting assistants: Bi Nguyen; Miranda Auvenshine; Christina McDaniel and Deborah Cummings.
As Burns & Wilcox’s underwriting assistants, Nguyen, Auvenshine, McDaniel and Cummings are responsible for providing support to the branch underwriters in daily policy processing and client service for Burns & Wilcox’s network of agents including new business and renewals.
Prior to Burns & Wilcox, McDaniel served as secretary for an insurance company in Monroe, La. She earned a bachelor’s in business administration from the University of Louisiana at Monroe.
Cummings previously served as processing and billing manager for an insurance company in Arlington, Texas.
