The Texas Department of Insurance announced it has scheduled a public hearing for Feb. 28, 2005, to consider the Texas Automobile Insurance Plan Association’s 2005 Private Passenger rate filing (Docket 2611).
The hearing will begin at 9:30 a.m. in Hearing Room 100 of the Hobby Building, 333 Guadalupe, in Austin.
Interested persons may present written or oral comments related to the filing. TAIPA, the Office of Public Insurance Counsel (OPIC), and any other interested person or entity that has submitted proposed changes or actuarial analyses may ask questions of any person testifying at the hearing.
