The Louisiana Department of Insurance will hold its 4th annual Property and Casualty Form and Rate Filing Seminar on Thursday, Sept. 22, at the Hyatt Regency, Poydras at Loyola Avenue, in New Orleans.
The seminar will assist members of the insurance industry in preparing and submitting their company’s form and rate filings with the Louisiana Department of Insurance.
Insurance department staff will give presentations detailing the latest information on commercial deregulations, flexible rates, military discounts and new insurance laws passed in the 2005 Regular Session of the Louisiana Legislature.
