Austin, Texas-based Combined Agents of America LLC announced the addition of Bryan Insurance Agency Ltd. in Graham, Texas, as its 34th member.
Bryan Insurance Agency was founded in 1921 by Pat Bryan Sr. In 1983 Denny Bryan became a partner in the agency, and three years later he assumed the role of managing owner.
The mid-sized agency serves the North Texas area writing all lines of insurance, including commercial business, personal, and life and health policies. The agency specializes in the oil and gas industry, and is only one of a few agencies in the area to write such policies.
“Bryan Insurance Agency strengthens CAA’s presence in North Texas and brings further knowledge of the oil and gas industry to share with our members,” said Jerry Boles, CAA chairman and president of Grona Boles & Martin Insurance & Financial Services, San Antonio. “Expanding CAA throughout Texas is a geographical step that gives our insurance carriers a wider distribution system. And CAA’s growth provides our members with a greater knowledge pool through which to serve our customers.”
“As a mid-size agency CAA membership greatly increases our ability to compete with the larger agencies and brokers,” said Denny Bryan, owner of Bryan Insurance Agency. “This prestigious group of agents strengthens our bargaining position with insurance companies, and provides greater shared knowledge and networking for markets.”
Bryan Insurance Agency has been recognized by both Allstate Insurance Company and Bituminous Insurance Companies with the Distinguished Agents Award. The agency also received the Top Producer Award from Texas Mutual Insurance Company.
CAA is a managing general agency committed to strengthening the independent insurance agency system through profitable growth, quality and service for its member agencies.
