The Texas Department of Insurance has scheduled a Workers’ Compensation Health Care Network Workshop for Dec. 6, 2005, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
The workshop will take place at TDI headquarters, 333 Guadalupe Street, Room 100, in Austin.
The purpose of the workshop is to give the attendee an overview of the process to become a Workers’ Compensation Health Care Network. There is no charge for the workshop although registration is required.
Attendees will learn about the following topics:
–Who can become a network;
–Network configuration information;
–Certification process;
–What happens after the certification process.
TDI staff members from the Life, Health and Licensing Program, the Property and Casualty Program, Legal and Compliance Program, and the Financial Program will make presentations and answer questions at the workshop.
