Mandeville, La.-based FARA announced the creation of its latest division, FARA Property Services. The company’s newest operation will manage non-catastrophe claims in connection with FARA Catastrophe Services Inc. Claim assignments are now being accepted for property claims of any type and size of loss.
“FARA’s in-house ability to manage both personal and commercial line losses will result in fast, cost-effective, accountable, accurate appraisals and adjustments to our clients,” said Reed A. Bell, executive vice president and chief operating officer of FARA. “We strive to minimize claim handling time by reporting all information electronically unless otherwise requested,” he added.
FARA Property Services will be directed by Floyd Crow, division vice president. Mike Bayliss will serve as manager and general adjuster. Operations will be managed from the FARA Property Services office in Covington, La.
