U.S. Risk Brokers, a subsidiary of U.S. Risk Insurance Group, announced that James C. Dalton has been named senior broker in its Houston office.
In this position, Dalton will assume responsibility of executive liability coverage for private and publicly held companies, identifying and delivering customized insurance and risk management solutions, including D&O, EPLI, Professional Liability and General Partnerships.
Dalton has more than 15 years of corporate and management liability experience and has held various positions with leading insurance brokerages. Prior to joining U.S. Risk, Dalton was director, corporate liability for Seitlin Property and Casualty, of Florida. He had also held senior positions with MacLean Oddy and Associates Inc., St. Paul Fire & Marine Insurance Company and Montgomery & Collins Inc. of Texas.
A resident of Kingwood, Tex, Dalton is certified by the Chartered Insurance Institute, London, and is a candidate for the RPLU in 2007 through the Professional Liability Underwriting Society.
