Oaxaca, Stanford Join Quirk & Company as Underwriters in Texas
Quirk & Company, in San Antonio, Texas, announced the addition of two new Texas underwriters.
Rosita Oaxaca, (formerly Rivera) has over seventeen years of multi line commercial experience, having held sales and underwriting roles for the wholesale, company and general agency side. Her focus for the Habitation team will be developing and servicing new and renewal accounts.
Melody Stanford joined the Manufacturing and Construction team. She has over twenty years of commercial lines experience specializing in middle market heavy construction and oil and gas products.
Oaxaca received her Master of Business Administration degree from Our Lady of the Lake University in 2000. She also received a Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance, a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and an Associate degree in Accounting from Interamerican University of Puerto Rico in 1989. Oaxaca is bilingual and achieved her ACSR designation in 1995.
Stanford has held a variety of marketing and underwriting roles over the years; her most recent accomplishments have been in the Dallas, Texas area. Her focus with Quirk & Company will be that of new business development for the Manufacturing and Construction team.
