The Professional Insurance Agents (PIA) of Arkansas named Progressive’s Arkansas claims unit as the 2007 “Claims Department of the Year” following a vote by the more than 250 independent insurance agency members in the state.
More than 70 claims representatives in ten offices make up Progressive’s claims organization, the company said in announcing receipt of the award. They provide 24/7 in-person claims service to all customers of The Progressive Group of Insurance Companies, one of the largest auto insurers in the state.
Kenny Teaster, Progressive’s Arkansas claims manager, accepted the award on behalf of the organization.
