The Central Oklahoma Chapter of the CPCU Society, the Central Oklahoma Chapter of RIMS and the Insurance Women of Oklahoma City announced that Robert Bramlett is the recipient of the 2007 Insurance Industry Service Award. The award will be presented at the Oklahoma All Industry Day on Oct. 30, 2007, at Quail Creek Golf and Country Club in Oklahoma City.
Bramlett is a second generation insurance agency owner in Ardmore, Okla., and has been active in local and state organizations, serving as state president of the Independent Insurance Agents of Oklahoma in addition to numerous activities with the Young Agents of IIAO.
On a national basis he has been a state director of the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America and was recently elected to the Board of Directors where he will serve as president in 2012.
The Oklahoma Insurance Industry Service Award honors an individual who has made a significant contribution to the insurance industry and his community.
All Industry Day events include educational classes that are approved for continuing education credit by the Oklahoma Department of Insurance and a luncheon headlined by Oklahoma Hall of Fame Member Bob Burke speaking on “An Amazing First Century.”
