Texas Workers' Comp Discount, Interest Rate Set for Q4 2008
The Texas Department of Insurance, Division of Workers' Compensation has set at 5.22 percent the interest and discount rates provided for in the Texas Workers' Compensation Act.
The new rate is effective Oct. 1, 2008, through Dec. 31, 2008.
