Debbie Russell has joined the quality assurance team at Austin, Texas-based CastleBay Consulting Corporation, which provides consulting services to the property and casualty insurance market.
Russell will focus on expanding CastleBay’s quality assurance practice and providing CastleBay clients a wide variety of quality management services.
In addition to her tenure as an independent consultant, Russell was most recently a consultant with BearingPoint working as a technology analyst and quality assurance specialist. Prior to BearingPoint, Debbie also worked in various quality assurance roles with the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC) and as a business analyst with their eServices group.
CastleBay’s quality assurance (QA) services follow best practices using effective project management and structured testing methodologies supported by the Quality Assurance Institute (QAI).
Services provided by the company include strategic systems planning and acquisition; quality management; program and project set up, management and assessment; business process and requirements analysis; and related software implementation services.
