Beacon Hill Associates Inc. has opened a new regional office in Plano, Texas, and has added Brett Amick as assistant vice president.
The company serves agents in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana and New Mexico. Beacon Hill describes itself as being experienced environmental and energy brokerage/underwriting services.
“We have experienced strong growth in the south central region of the country over the last five years, and we expect the addition of the Plano office to dramatically improve our ability to service and grow that book of business,” said Bill Pritchard, president of Beacon Hill Associates.
Although Beacon Hill concentrates primarily on environmental business, it also works with agencies on other technically challenging specialty coverages. The organization is split into two divisions: the wholesale brokerage department, tasked with pursuing appropriate coverage for agents from several top insurance carriers; and the PartnerOne Environmental underwriting division, specializing in assessing risks and offering an array of environmental insurance products.
