Poor guys, they are not making enough money.
The economy is bad, a lot of people without a job, we are cutting our driving by 1/4 and our home has drop in value by 25% and still, they are raising the premiums. You have to be kidding. It is time for me to start looking at another Insurance Co, and if they all do the same it is time for our government to step in.

The reality is that Texas is the number one state for catestrophic losses 3 times higher than the next in line. Texas has a vortex of weather and enviornmental issues that in the past 3 years have collided. Think about it, if you were in Bastrop and lost your home in the fires over 5 years you may of paid your insurance company lets say a mere 3500.00 your home is a complete loss the insurance company would be cutting you a check for $250,000.00. Think about it!

Not too surprised that the rates are increasing, but mine just went up by 67%!! What’s going on here?
