Wells Fargo Insurance Services has named Karin Marshall senior vice president and managing director for its Houston and San Antonio, Texas, offices.
Marshall will manage operations for these offices, including client service and sales, cross-sell, market relations, employee development and overall growth and financial performance. She will report to Howard McClure, regional managing director for Wells Fargo Insurance’s Southwest region.
A 20-year insurance industry veteran, Marshall has experience on both the carrier and broker sides of the business. Prior to joining Wells Fargo, she was senior vice president and general manager for the insurance unit of BBVA Compass in Houston, where she managed the daily operations of seven agencies located through-out the company’s footprint and led insurance cross-sell efforts with various business segments of the bank. Throughout her career, Marshall has held a variety of leadership roles in underwriting, marketing and management in the industry.
Marshall holds the designation of Certified Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU).
