It’s Friday, surely we can get some zingers on a guns in church article. The collection tray will never be fuller than when the pastor has an AR-15 on his shoulder…

I will be listening for the “clink” on the plate & praise the Rev!

Hey, even if the members don’t have money to put in the plate, they can still throw in a little ammo to help subsidize the minister.

Wow, that puts a whole new spin on the saying “Praise the Lord and pass the ammunition!”

My guess is that most of the these people pushing for more guns, a tool solely invented to kill, are pro-life. Interesting.

So, if there’s a shooting at a Catholic Church during service resulting in death, does that make it a ‘mass’ murder?

Jesus said, “Grab as many guns as you can and follow me.” Oh, wait, maybe that was Johnny Rambo.

What happened to turn the other cheek or better yet, Thou Shalt Not Kill?

Ladies and gentlemen of the congreguntion…

OK, in all seriousness, churches can decide but they should think long and hard about Jesus’ message, should they be a Christian church, before they invite this type of activity into their houses of worship. We don’t need these turning into houses of warship. I’ve had accounts where there were shootings in MI with churches allowing guns. Tragic doesn’t begin to describe the ensuing environment.
