SB1702 cancels ALL TWIA policies on properties that do not have 100% of the required WPI-8 Certificates of Compliance (upwards of 50,000-75,000 policies) effective at renewal in 2016. Legislators promise to fix the law to allow continued coverage – BUT WHO TRUSTS ANY LEGISLATOR TODAY???
