    This should be the norm in all 50 states or if you’re Obama all 53.

    Guess that’s another reason for my Bro to move to Texas instead of giving it a go in Illinois.

    AA- did you catch the news on the “Pension Budget Fix”. Seems like the temp increase in income tax in IL is now temp until the problem resolves itself. Seemingly, Quinns days are numbered.

    What will the navigators be able to do?
    NOT charge consumers for health insurance information
    NOT sell or solicit health insurance
    NOT recommend a specific plan
    NOT provide advice on benefits of different plans.

    So who does nothing for no fee? Dead people.
