Tell me why a 64 year old billionheiress is driving herself around anywhere, especially with her driving history. She should have several chauffeurs at her disposal. I agree that money always wins and rich people can afford to hire attornies on retainder to take care of any situation.

Sally Ann- I do not know what actually happened in this case, but consider this. Charges are dropped after arrests all the time for various reasons (i.e. – insufficient evidence to prosecute), and in cases involving people from all walks of society. This is especially true in DUI situations. The fact that charges were droped in this case does not in and of itself indicate undue influence. And, this woman had her name placed in the headlines, whereas the average Joe or Jane typically would not.

Doesn’t sound good for this prosecutor since this happened in Texas. 1 – He must be retarded for making this call and making a mockery of what little judicial system there is Texico = lethal injection, and 2, must be gay for blowing the judge = drawn and quartered and then whatever is left of him goes to Mark Bachman’s gay camp for “further review”.

Being that I’m not a conservative, coke would be out of the question. If I were a conservative, I’d probably doing lines off the back of my agency toilet telling everyone how hard I’ve been working all day.

This lady needs to face Justice which Texas and Arkansas have failed miserably. Texas is backwash of America & their State is deep in debt pretending to be the model of success suckering in business claiming no tax (yet have a franchise tax in place – ready to stick it to these companies at any moment b/c this is a con game about to implode). Texas courts and justice system are a mockery of the law. No respectable global company would waive the Texas flag unless they are an oil company operating like immoral pirates with no respect to the law or society & ultimately – have no price or loyalty to Texas.

Wow Joe, are you the twin brother of mouthbreather whatever? Why don’t you stay in your blue state high taxation state and leave Texas alone. We have a motto – Don’t mess with Texas.

I thought the Texico state motto is: “We’re made of steers and queers but we’re all out of steers!!”

Alice was probably just trying to drown her sorrows after she didn’t buy Thomas Eakins’ masterpiece “The Gross Clinic” away from Philadephia.
