    Allowing an “eleemosynary defense” provides for tort immunity available to charitable institutions if the alleged injury occurs as a result of their charitable activities. See Black’s Law Dictionary. I am sure that the plaintiff attorneys in the OK legislature will not agree with Rep. Cleveland!
