Just last week, IJ ran a story in which architects studied the damage and said the stadium was sound. I’ll bet those experts weren’t sitting in or walking under the bleachers when they said it.

High School football in Texico is a social program. This is how they create “good jobs for folks”. By rebuilding this stadium, countless numbers of almost graduates or graduates without out that evil math and science curriculum will be able to pick up rocks on the site in which this stadium will be rebuilt. There will also be pop corn vendor and deep fried coke vendor jobs available for those that can complete the National Anthem of the Republic of Texico or any combination of two of the following: any general knowledge of shapes, colors, road kill, or smells. Management positions are available for those who can identify NASCAR drivers with their sponsors and car numbers.
