    Wow, diverting funds from a death benefit is a new one for me. Usually, the agent sells a policy and doesn’t remit to the carrier. This guy should get more time. Put him in with Tyrone and he will learn a new meaning for kid.

      When Texas initiated Ethics training to satisfy license requirements, apparently some agents do not heed and their criminal leanings win out.
