Me thinks the Democrat’s true pushback is to save his fellow “caring” attorneys their ability to sue.

“If there’s a nursing home out there that’s making substantial progress toward correcting it,” Dutton said, “I don’t know why we would simply just revoke their license at that point.” Well…if the nursing home is making substantial progress towards correcting its bad behaviour, there shouldn’t be any additional incidents to cause the license to be revoked. If there are additional, egregious incidents, then the facility is not making substantial progress towards correcting the problem(s) and they should be shut down.

This truly is horrible news. If we shut these facilities down, where will we put Agent next year?
