      Yes, because all used cars in Houston are flooded cars. Really? LOL!

    The recent flood in Houston did not cause “$14 billion in damages”… Hurricane Ike didn’t even cause that much damage and this was a run of the mill Houston flood that happens about every 5 years. It’s nothing new. Tropical Storm Allison, which was FAR worse than this most recent flood only did $3.5 billion in damage.
