    I doubt this is going to help much. It will only increase the cost of diverted drugs and increase heroin sales and prices for those who cannot get legal drugs. And then as prices increase, there will be more incentive for dealers to cut their product with more fentanyl. The result? no difference except more prohibition. Why have we not yet learned that this is a medical problem to be dealt with by DOCTORS not lawyers or legislators who will pat themselves on the back and go home, self-satisified.
