Well, the Cajun Navy came over from neighboring Louisiana with their boats to help in the rescue efforts and what did they get, looters shooting at them. This kind of disaster brings the worst thugs out as well as people who are genuinely trying to help. Hopefully, the National Guard deployed will catch and prosecute these dudes before they do too much harm.

SW, it appears the rains have stopped in Houston and the storm is finally moving on and the waters are receding. Louisiana is going to get a round of it, but it shouldn’t be as bad. About every relief organization in this country will be assisting including Churches, Salvation Army, United Way and many others. This country is the greatest in the world and people will rally to help others in need.
