Align360, a provider of business and IT consulting services, announced the successful completion of a major phase of Allenbrook’s Phoenix® system installation for Florida-based FCCI Insurance Group.
Phoenix is a fully integrated suite of policy administration, claims processing, and billing applications. The achievement of this milestone builds on previous work done by Align360 at FCCI and expands the company’s insurance offerings to additional states across the U.S.
Working from its foundation of existing business offerings and leveraging Align360′s expertise, FCCI was able to add several new lines of business to their service offerings in three previously unavailable states (Georgia, Alabama, and North Carolina). Project planning assistance provided by Align360 led to highly efficient system configuration, testing and implementation efforts, and permitted aggressive project deadlines to be established and met.
In addition to providing line of business development services, Align360 helped FCCI meet ISO statistical reporting requirements, customize output of policy forms, train personnel, and document critical processes.
Completed just over a year since the installation of the Phoenix system, the significant multiple-state implementation phase included a major upgrade to the Phoenix software release version.
