The Independent Insurance Agents of North Carolina (IIANC) announced that Tracy Brown was named Outstanding CSR of the Year for the state of North Carolina by the Society of Certified Insurance Service Representatives (CISR) and the Society of Certified Insurance Counselors (CIC).
As a state award winner, Brown will receive a framed certificate of achievement and recognition in the state of North Carolina.
To qualify for the top state honor, candidates submitted an essay on the topic: “My Greatest Accomplishment as a CSR.” Additionally, entrants must have demonstrated commendable service to their agencies, their industry and their community. The only eligibility requirement for this award is that the candidate must be an insurance customer service representative or have primary responsibility for insurance customer service duties.
Brown, an account executive with Morrow Insurance Agency in Hendersonville, has over 9 years of insurance experience. The award will be presented to her during the North Carolina CIC/CISR Conferment ceremony later this year.
