The Alabama Insurance Department announced that a public hearing on the proposed revision of private passenger automobile insurance rates and rules as filed and requested by Encompass Insurance Company of America and The Glens Falls Insurance Company, will be held at department headquarters in Atlanta at 10:00 a.m. on July 23, 2003.
Failure of a company representative to be present at this hearing may result in a denial of your company’s request for a rate and/or rule change.
Any persons so desiring may submit a written statement in favor or against the proposed change in rates and may, in addition, make an oral statement at the hearing.
