CDS Business Mapping, LLC a provider in online hazard mapping, has released its Florida Windstorm Mitigation Credit Maps.
This is a set of three digital maps for insurers to meet the requirements for the new Florida Windstorm Mitigation Credits program that went into effect Nov. 15.
Insurers writing business in Florida need the maps to accurately apply credits in accordance with this new mandate. By using the RiskMeter Online solution (http://www.riskmeter.com) users will be able to get a set of three digital maps (Windborne Debris Regions, Florida Building Commission Windspeed Maps and Florida High Velocity Hurricane Zones) simply by typing an address.
“The Florida Windstorm Mitigation Credits program can be an extremely time consuming process,” said Dan Munson, vice president of Sales and Marketing, CDS Business Mapping. “People who use our RiskMeter Online can save themselves valuable time and money by getting it right the first time.”
