All Risks Ltd., a national independent insurance wholesaler with offices countrywide, announced the promotion of David Rucker to vice president of Georgia and Florida operations of All Risks Ltd. Rucker is located in the Ft. Lauderdale branch.
Rucker joined All Risks Ltd. as the Southeast branch manager, for the offices in Duluth, Ga.; Ft. Lauderdale, and Jupiter, Fla. During his first six months at All Risks Ltd., the company acquired the Overstreet & Newell office in Atlanta. Rucker spearheaded the integration of this group into the All Risks organization.
Prior to joining All Risks Ltd., Rucker served as the senior vice president for the Fireman’s Fund Interstate – Excess & Surplus Lines.
