Lloyd’s view of challenges facing the U.S. insurance market will be discussed by Lord Levene of Portsoken KBE and chairman of Lloyd’s of London in the keynote speech during the May 3 American Association of Managing General Agents annual business meeting at the Grande Lakes Resort in Orlando, Fla.
During the session, President Joe Hutelmyer will present the State of the Association Address, after which AAMGA members will be recognized for distinguishing themselves and their companies in service to the association and the insurance industry. Senior vice presidents and committee chairs will be recognized for their efforts and certificates will be presented to 2004 graduates of the AAMGA University.
The first event Monday morning featured Bill O’Reilly, host of Fox News Channel’s The O’Reilly Factor. The AAMGA Insurance Trade and Vendor Show opened at 10:15 a.m. and will continue until the highlight of the event from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. when there will be a reception at the show.
