The November schedule for the “Extreme Claims and Underwriting Road Show,” has been announced by the Alabama Independent Insurance Agents.
Topics during the road show, presented by Infinity Insurance, are “Extreme Customer Service” and “Breath of a Salesman.” Each course is approved for three hours of continuing education (six hours for the day). Class starts at 8 a.m. and ends at 3 p.m. The course fee is $80 for AIIA members and $100 for non-members.
The road show will be held Nov. 15 at the Marriott Hotel in Mobile; Nov. 16 at the Embassy Suites in Montgomery; Nov. 17 at the AIIA office, 141 London Parkway in Birmingham; Nov. 18 in Huntsville at the Select Hotel by Holiday Inn, 401 Williams Avenue SW, phone (256) 534-4581.
